Retro-fitting a film rig for live ARkit motion capture
The example to the right is a proof of concept test that adapted a pre-existing rig & rigging pipeline to Unreal’s live facial motion capture system through ARKit. All shapes, connections, and systems were built by hand using Unreal Engine 5’s blueprints as a base.
3D Assets for realtime systems
By focusing on optimization, I was able to utilize my pre-existing skillset to create a detailed by lower poly version of a film-ready asset. Responsible for all elements.
